i cant join you guys :( i just looked at my bill from amazon for last month's kindle purchases and it was way too high! if i manage to get it from the library in the next few days, then i will jump in :(

yeah, i probably get around a third of my books from the library. im just not always a good planner, and a lot of what i want from the library has to be brought in through inter- library loan so it can take several days. so when i see it on amazon and it just takes one click to buy a lot of times i cant resist

Stopping for the day.
First impression: I'm loving the chapter designs for this book! The beginning of each chapter looks so... pretty.
15 pages in... This is so morbid (though I'm a softy, my opinion is biased lol)

Finished chapter 3. I like the relationship between Alyssa parents, no matter how odd the dynamic is. And I like that her mom and her can relate on the weird situation they're stuck in.It's about to get REALLY INTERESTING.
Just finished chapter 4 (and my last exam!!), I can tell at I'm really going to enjoy this.
Just finished chapter 7. First look at the Nether-realm, holy crap. This world is extremely well written, yet it still leaves a lot for imagination.Oh, and Jeb... *swoons*
Just picked it up at the library. Can start tonight:)

On p. 22My first impression of Jeb is not positive since he is dating a girl Alysa doesn't even like.
