I read a book in about 1993/4 in my school library about a boy who gets contacted on his computer by a mysterious person who turns out to be God. The boy is taught various morals by God, but I can't remember how this happened - possibly something sci-fi-y like teleportation was involved. At one point I think God takes him back in time to see Jesus giving a sermon. The book was called something like "Who am I", but I can't find it on that search. It wasn't specifically a Christian book, but was clearly written from a religious standpoint. The boy took a while to realise/be told that it was God in the computer. Please help!
