This page contains the full Ebook 'A Sketch of the Life and Labors of George Whitefield, by [rev.] John Charles Ryle.
This book - maybe not the same edition - appears on Goodreads too:

I trust some one can do justice to the reverend ànd Couperus, please. Thanks, Jan

What exactly is your request?

I've used the report link on the nook page, hopefully their staff will take a look at their erroneous title and fix it.

It is for (some) Amazon (data), so I figured they might be keeping up with them. I just hope I managed to submit it as the pop-up window did not close itself.

What exactly is your request?"
Hi Ellie,
I suggest that Igraine has meant to add:
title: A Sketch of the Life and Labors of George Whitefield
author: John Charles Ryle.
I further suggest that you replace
'34727-h.htm' by 'A Sketch of the Life and Labors of George Whitefield'
and that you replace 'Louis Couperus' by 'John Charles Ryle'.
However, you might find it problematic that WorldCat doesn't know the isbn '2940012072474'.
Two things are for sure, in my opinion: no such book title as '34727-h.htm' exists, and therefore Couperus ought not be attributed to that. One other thing I'm pretty sure of: this 'ghost title', by the extension htm very much looks like (at least part of) a webpage. And the other url I hyperlinked in my message 4 proves it.
I admit, that 's all based on the assumption of the correctness of the number 34727 ...
You might be able to and want to check with Igraine; I can't, because 'Igraine's profile data is set to private.'
Hope I made myself sufficiently clear, this time. Jan

ETA Oh I see, "Igraine added it". That means she added it to her shelves, and she did it long after the last changes to the record. (Plus she doesn't accept messages.)

Do a GR search for 34727-h.htm and you get 3 pages of results.

ETA And nos. 2 and 3 are by Various, poor things.

That's what I was thinking. And when you search B&N, there is no new information. I searched, because though I know we can't use them, it might have given us a clue to search elsewhere or at least combine with the correct title.
It gets confusing when a thread linked to a specific book or author is also used for other books. I am closing this thread. Start new ones for other books.

But.... that doesn't clarify which book it is. Now what? Who's going to buy a book with that weird nonsense title? should it be kept in the GR database at all?
