Rita - that would be a delight - there is a July discussion going in the Fantasy Book Club for Curse of the Mistwraith right now. Most of the participants are still reading (it's a long book) so anyone starting up would fit right in. We are carefully limiting spoilers, since the book unveils in dramatic stages.

If you wanted to try something of mine that's a stand-alone, and not connected to any series, To Ride Hell's Chasm is a good choice. I've got a text excerpt up on the website, and also, an mp3 audio download of a reading of the first 3 chapters, that anyone may sample for free.
