It's part of book one, and I forgot I had it on here.

I'm going to release book two soon, and I don't want anyone to think I've published three books when really I've only done two.

Andrew, it was published separately from book one and so we need to keep a record of that separate publication.

However, if this is going to be part of a series, we can number the books to make their relationship clearer. Do you have a name for the series?

The reason I wanted it off is because the whole text is in book one.

There is a series, but this particular book is part of book one. The series is called 'Theo Mallier' - I don't know what to do with this one, though - maybe 1a?

Is that workable?

Yes, that's a pretty common notation for it. I've created the series here:

We can also add a short description for the series if you like. You'll notice that only book 1 shows up when the series is visible on your profile page, because only book 1 is a primary work.

It was still published separately, so it still counts as its own work. That it was also published in a second way doesn't change that the first way existed.
