Please Help! Wrong ISBN on my book. What to do?

Please help!

My book Genesis (Prophecy Rock Series #1) has the wrong ISBN number. I've tried to change it but apparently there's a duplicate record that has the correct ISBN number assigned to it. I tried deleting the duplicate record, but I'm not allowed to. Is there somebody who can delete the duplicate record so I can edit the ISBN numbers on the correct version?
