Help: Goodreads rec shelf problems

I am unsure if this is the correct place for this but here goes. I have tried several different folder names for my IR books but goodreads never recommends actual interracial romance novels for that shelf. If someone is having success with this let me know so I can change my term to match. Thanks.

I haven't had success with this either. Could it be that more people have to shelve their books as "IR" ?

Maybe, I thought it was just me. My shelf was first just "Interracial" instead of Interracial Romance and I thought maybe that was the problem. All my recs for that shelf are FSoG-alikes. I already have a shelf for those kind of books. My shelf doesn't even generate books featuring people of color, let alone IR.

The same thing happened to me too but a few days ago I found two IR books in my rec that Goodreads recommend so I thing it's a start.

By the way I named my shelf "Interracial Romance." where I have all my IR books, Romance as well as Erotica.

I just went and check my rec's again, and had 2 rec's pop up.
