So I just initiated some adds with Facebook, to build up an audience for my book's FB page. I purchased a pay per click add, then I purchased on option to promote a post from your Facebook Page. To do this, I was charged $7.00 to promote the one post. From what I understand my post will remain up high in friends newsfeeds. I'm not sure how long the post remains as a priority? I'm also not sure who specifically see's the posts, as Facebook vaguely mentions friends, "likes", and friends of friends sharing? If anyone has used these tools, please share your experience. Were they worthwhile? Were they a waste of money? When I find out how my newly placed ads do . . . I'll stop by and share!
