Thanks for this - I actually overlooked that the edition with this cover had already been put on Goodreads (without the actual cover image) at http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/17...

Is it possible to add the cover mentioned above to this version of the book and delete the version you put on yesterday

The book to which you gave me the link is a paperback edition. But the one I created for you is a Kindle edition. So it is no duplicate.
