Cons... as in conventions

So does anyone go to conventions? Wiscon, a feminist sci-fi convention is coming up and the topic is on my mind.

I have heard wonderful things about Wiscon! But I have never gone. Like most people I tend to go to the conventions in my area -- Balticon, Capclave.

I also go to conventions in my home town (Phoenix) and sometimes to larger cons in California. I am planning (hoping) to go to the WorldCon this year in San Antonio.
