Self Help Lite

I expected there to be more concrete advice, suggestions, tips or something. It was more like a lite version of a self-help book on becoming a happier, emotionally stable person--as in, when you are happy, stable, confident and free of emotional baggage you will be more attractive as a potential partner. I guess it was okay for what it was, but not what I wanted so was disappointing.
