Yes, for your second book you would choose another method. Consider the shortest method used up.

TJ - if your book hasn't arrived within two hours of starting time, you can choose another method or wait til noon EST. You should be waiting, anticipating the moment you can open/turn on your book along with the rest of us.

Oh, Rus, I didn't think you meant to offend. I thought it was funny. Things never seem to come across just right online when I am trying to say somethng nice or funny. So sorry!!
