Sarah | 18550 comments I have HHhH on my Kindle but haven't got around to reading it yet. Same goes for the No 1 Ladies' Detective Agency! I've added Sarah's Key to my TBR - historical fiction plus it has my name in it! Can't wait to find out how we'll choose which book to read!

Marnie (marnie19) | 3259 comments I have a read a few on your list- and enjoyed them all. ( The Namesake, Sara's Key, and The Number 1 Detective...) Off now to add the Chocolate mystery to my TBR- looks yummy!

message 4: by Roz (new)

Roz | 4530 comments I've read Sara's Key. Enjoyed it too, but sad and disturbing. Added HHhH to my TBR.

Esther (estame) I loved Sarah's Key, it was very eye opening and a great premise, but as Roz said, make sure you have tissues handy!

Janice (jamasc) | 59894 comments Our bookclub read Sarah's Key. It's a good book. Interesting that we all seem to comment on that one. I wonder what the fates shall decide for you!

message 7: by jaxnsmom (new)

jaxnsmom | 8341 comments I know, it'll be interesting. I've had to make an alternate plan on how I will choose a method, since I know what they are. Is that a hint??

message 8: by Janice, Moderator (new)

Janice (jamasc) | 59894 comments Maybe WE should design a plan for YOU.... just to keep it on the straight and narrow. I can think of a couple of evil ideas for you.

message 9: by jaxnsmom (new)

jaxnsmom | 8341 comments NO! I don't want to be punished :)

Esther (nyctale) | 5191 comments You should let someone reorder your list.

ROFL! Ahhhh... you like to be the punisher! I get it.

jaxnsmom | 8341 comments Looks like I'm reading the book with the fewest reviews, which is To The Elephant Graveyard.

Pragya (reviewingshelf) | 4026 comments Read a few off your list and liked them. I got the same method too.

Sounds like a book that would make me angry! I did like Jon's review though. So if even he thought it was good, so might I. Hope you enjoy it.

message 16: by jaxnsmom (new)

jaxnsmom | 8341 comments I had read that review and liked it too. I have a feeling it's not going to be an easy read.

message 17: by Sarah (new)

Sarah | 18550 comments I hope you find your selection an interesting read!

message 18: by jaxnsmom (new)

jaxnsmom | 8341 comments Me too!

Ava Catherine | 4258 comments I have read The Namesake and Sarah's Key. They are both good books in my opinion. I have looked at HHhH but ended up backing away from it. One of my other groups did it as a group read, but I decided not to read it. I will be interested to find out what you think of it since I read so many mixed reviews.

message 20: by jaxnsmom (new)

jaxnsmom | 8341 comments I couldn't handle To The Elephant Graveyard, so the fruit machine led me to random.org, so now I'm reading A Dog Named Slugger by Leigh Brill . I'm about 50 pages in, and loving it.

message 21: by Janice, Moderator (new)

Janice (jamasc) | 59894 comments I'm glad you found a good match. :)

message 22: by Marnie (new)

Marnie (marnie19) | 3259 comments The cover alone made me check out your book. Any story with a yellow lab in it is guaranteed to have laughter and maybe a few tears. Glad your second book is going better than your first. I've had to put books down because sometimes its just not the right time to read them. Happy reading!

message 23: by jaxnsmom (new)

jaxnsmom | 8341 comments I can tell I'm going to cry some (currently very emotional, which is why I couldn't handle Elephant Graveyard), but they'll be good tears :)

Ava Catherine | 4258 comments Jaxnsmom, I am glad you found a great book! ; )
