Just finished listening to BLIND JUSTICE by Anne Perry. It was very good, but she gets a big long winded when it comes to the court scenes.
Finished
. Pretty good! Now I'm going to get a break from reading and start studing my a** off. Hate finals. :/
That one's on my list. I haven't read any Howard before. Looking forward to digging into it soon.
I just bought Time Walkers 2 Book Bundle: The Legend of the Bloodstone, Return of the Pale Feather which is supposed to be pretty good. It was on sale on Amazon. I read a lot of SciFi/Fantasy as well. I just finished Hard Magic and am a huge fan of Terry Goodkind and I just caught up on his Sword of Truth Series. My plan for the rest of the year is to read as many of the In Death books as I can afford since I'm new to the series. I just LOVE these books. I'm so invested in Dallas and Roarke. I've also read the Black Dagger Brotherhood books by J R Ward. I love me some brothers and she has a new book in the series coming out. I can't wait!

I am in love with Wrath!"
Me, too, though I'm also a Butch girl:)

This is another series I'm hoping to get to someday, Sheri. No need to ask if you enjoy it as I see your reading book #10!
Started Size 12 is not Fat by Meg Cabot, not thrilled with it. Also started Unholy Ghosts by Stacia Kane, not thrilled with this one either. Hoping 1 or both will get better.

The Downside Ghosts series is a tough one. I was about halfway before I started feeling like I wanted to continue. Again, the audiobook makes a huge difference. I won't be surprised if you decide to ditch it.

I am absolutely loving this series. I am almost as addicted to this series as I am the In Death Almost being the key word lol. And this coming from someone who was only introduced to reading about a year and a half ago. Sandra - *Star* wrote: "This is another series I'm hoping to get to someday, Sheri. I've finished up Veil of Night
by Linda Howard and Simply Irresistible
by Rachel Gibson. And currently reading Smoke in Mirrors
by Jayne Ann Krentz
I'm on the last book of the JDR series now Thankless in Death
I'm taking it slow because I don't really want to get finished!

Are you going to read Taken in Death? I know it's a novellas but it was pretty good.

Does it come after Thankless? I have to admit I haven't read the novellas except for Remember When-if that one is considered a novella. I've been too cheap to buy them when I only wanted to read one story! :)
And it was one of my favorite of the novellas. Really worth the read. If you listen to audiobooks, you can buy it alone at audible, otherwise you have to buy the anthology.
As I recently lost my mind at Amazon with their Whispersync deals, I am now desperately trying to save money by listening to this series all the way through. Up to Judgment as of today. I forgot how much I like this book.

Finished Unholy Ghosts! So glad I stuck with it, great book!! Will definitely be reading the other books :)
I have a feeling Chess is not going to end up with who I want her to and that will make me sad:(I've already purchased books 2 n 3 on Kindle, just have to get through the Meg Cabot I'm reading. Can't wait!!
Sandra - *Star* wrote: "That one's on my list. I haven't read any Howard before. Looking forward to digging into it soon."Sandra, I have read everything Linda Howard has written so if you have any questions or want some recs, just holler.
Are you aware of Dee's Linda Howard group? Great content there, including an online chat they had with her a few months ago.
I wasn't aware of it, but Susan may be...I'll check it out. I need to work in one of her books. My reading schedule is just so full right now.

Linda Howard? She has very few series. Most of her books are single title.

I'm reading The Perfect Match by Kristan Higgins and am loving it! It's the second book in her Blue Heron series and I can't put it down (70% into it).
I just finished The Perfect Match by Kristan Higgins and loved it.
My Review
I'm now reading Killing The Shadows by Val McDermid.

I just finished Vengeance in Death and Hollow Earth (a light little book). I just started Holiday in Death and I'm trying to decide if I want to get the next book on my Kindle or the book from Audible. Decisions, decisions! I'm also reading Assassin's Apprentice by Robin Hobb.
