I was sure it'd be good...I've got to find a way to work it in - maybe August. Meantime, I'm lost in Jamie & Claire...Wow - amazing how "hot" their scenes have become without graphic details. Have to admire an author that can do that.

Jamie has my heart - for sure! So sweet and obviously falling in love. I'm just hoping his heart isn't broken later on.

Dawn | 3250 comments And now, you will have to read the next 6 novels just to make sure...lol.

Oh yes, Dawn. I'm hooked for life now, I know. Audio really made the difference in this series for me. I had started it a couple of times reading it but it didn't grab me like this narrator does. Every time I turn it on, I feel like I'm sitting at the knees of some great storyteller - just hypnotized by their voice as they tell tales of old.

I read the first two and five minutes into the third audiobook, I was hooked.

message 1508: by Dawn (new)

Dawn | 3250 comments That is exactly how I felt. And Davina Porter just brings it all to life.

Sandra Hoover (sandrahoover) | 11217 comments Mod
I could continue by reading the books now that I'm hooked, but listening to the narrator - she's just so lyrical...the accents flow off her tongue, as I said, I feel like I'm listening to a master storyteller. Love it.

Penni | 816 comments Just finished Judgment in Death (In Death, #11) by J.D. Robb . I enjoyed it, and actually picked the killer at about 1/2 way through. But I was rather unhappy with Roarke in this book.

Sheri - you are knocking this series off! I envy you as I want to read the rest of them so badly. I am, however, thoroughly enchanted with Jamie & Claire in Outlander! Never dreamed I would be so enthralled with this story.

I will have to say Nora's latest romance/suspense had slipped my mind as I normally read them as soon as they are released. Glad to hear it's another good one.
