I'm so envious, Sheri. I want to continue this series so bad. I've just got some other books to read first.

message 1459: by Sheri (new)

Sheri Morell (smorell22) | 2165 comments lol, i am really enjoying the series. and right now i don't have any other books to read because I haven't been able to make it to the library. I have about 3 books that I want to read that were just released just have to get my hands on them and I might slow down a little on this series.

Sandra Hoover (sandrahoover) | 11217 comments Mod
I will definitely be continuing with the 2nd book soon. I love her style and the way she weaves a story. Maybe we can discuss it when I get it read! :)

message 1461: by Sheri (new)

Sheri Morell (smorell22) | 2165 comments absolutely, I loved the 2nd book. I had a hard time putting that one down

Sheri Morell (smorell22) | 2165 comments Got a new book today to read. I'll Find You. I have been looking forward to reading this. I have not read Nancy Bush books before but I love Lisa Jackson and since they are sisters I am hoping the writing style will be similar. Now I will be going between I'll Find you and I'm Watching You

message 1470: by Jonetta (new)

Jonetta (ejaygirl) | 15063 comments Mod
I didn't know they were sisters!

message 1471: by Sheri (new)

Sheri Morell (smorell22) | 2165 comments yeah they actually are writing a series together....The Wicked series

I know about their writing collaboration, just not them being siblings.

message 1473: by Sheri (new)

Sheri Morell (smorell22) | 2165 comments I didn't either at first. when I got really into Lisa Jacksons series, I saw it on her website

Kirsten (kmcripn) I just started reading (listening) to The Bees by Laline Paull and I can hardly put my Kindle Fire down to recharge! It's incredible! I highly recommend it!

I'm listening to Outlander...so finally, I've met Jamie. But right now, I feel so bad for Frank.

message 1476: by Jonetta (new)

Jonetta (ejaygirl) | 15063 comments Mod
Keep listening....

message 1477: by Dawn (new)

Dawn | 3250 comments Well, that is a feeling that generally ebbs and flows. Sometimes I feel really bad for him, sometimes I hate him, but that is generally later in the series. But, having said that, I love me some Jamie Fraser...lol

Well, I had a lot of outside work today so I have gotten much further than I expected to. Oh my...I am so hooked. Loving it. I have both green beans & tomatoes to can tomorrow so that's more listening time also! Yay!

Why would you hate Frank?? NO, No don't tell me. I know now I'll be reading the whole series so I'll catch up sometime. Right now, I'm enjoying Claire & Jamie.

message 1483: by Dawn (new)

Sandra, I can't tell you why you will hate Frank, but there will come a time, I promise lol

message 1484: by Karen ♐ (new)

Karen ♐ (kmk1214) | 789 comments Oh no, I'm just about 10% into Outlander and can't see why Frank would be hated...love this book already.

message 1485: by Dawn (new)

Dawn | 3250 comments Oh well you are both a couple epic novels away from the hating frank moments lol

message 1486: by Lisa (new)

Lisa Love the whole series, just waiting to start book 8 I too am not a Frank fan. Favourite books in the series of course Cross stich (otherwise known as Outlander outside Oz) and Voyager. Just wish I knew when it was ending......

message 1487: by Dawn (new)

Dawn | 3250 comments I don't want it to end, so am really glad DG isn't planning on it anytime soon.

Doing a re-listen of Flowers from the Storm, by Laura Kinsale. This is one of my favorites by her and of course, Nicholas Boulton could read the phone book and I would listen.

That does at least tell me that Frank comes back into the picture...or she goes back there. But that's all I want to know. This will be a journey to experience, I can tell.

I wanted to read Forbidden after we read Serendipity but didn't. I know it'll be good.

I just finished Quintessentially Q (Monsters in the Dark, #2) by Pepper Winters I have to recover before rating or reviewing it.

I'm 1/2 way through Outlander (Outlander, #1) by Diana Gabaldon - Wow...can't believe what's happened with Claire & Jamie!

message 1493: by Dawn (new)

message 1495: by Paula (new)

Paula | 245 comments I am reading Witness in Death and really don't know if this is where I should ask this question, but if it is, does anyone know how old Peabody and NcNabb are? Just have not come across their age so far, or may have missed it.

message 1496: by Quynh (new)

Quynh (quynh_o) | 1269 comments They're both mid-20s. I think they stated McNab's age as 26 in Purity in Death. My guess is Peabody is just a year or two younger than Ian.

message 1497: by Dawn (new)

Dawn | 3250 comments Sandra...they just released book 7
