It was! I put if off because I didn't think I'd be drawn in but one of my mystery & suspense group buddies kept pushing. Glad he did. It's an incredible story.

I think you will enjoy them i love them. Johansen also has a lot of stand alones that are really good but the Eve Duncan series is my favorite
Sandra, I've probably missed it, but have you finished BDB #4? What did you think? I haven't done much listening which is unusual - but schedule has been weird. I will get to it on the trip to Mexico though I think.I somehow got started on
a BotM read for another group on my Kindle and ended up staying up way too late last night to finish it. It's a quick read and I enjoyed it although it was a little far fetched on the premise.
Yes, Penni...I loved
. Butch is now officially my favorite. Can't believe all that happened in that book! I think I may have discussed it a bit in our BDB thread - some in this group & in NG.
Lick has been on my list awhile now. Maybe someday. I'm finishing up Sins & Needles now...not as dark as I expected.

Hey Sandra you need to read The Face of Deception by Iris Johansen. That series is so awesome! I got hooked years ago! You. Will love. Them.
Did anybody have trouble getting on good reads yesterday? I did and it kinda freaked me out. I thought OMG what if I have lost all of my list of books I want to read!! Then it was ok today.
GR was down for a few hours. They did announce it on twitter. That's the only way I knew it was them and not me.
It seems most of us panicked. I was especially concerned as my internet had been out just the previous 24 hours. Plus, I was working on a blog post that had to be ready to go out this morning...I could still work on it but it didn't want to load up right because I use a lot of GRs widgets on it. They weren't coming up right. Glad it all seems to be back up now!
I finished Sins & Needles and started On Every Street

just finished reading Touch & Go by Lisa Gardner. if any of you have enjoyed reading her books I highly recommend it. Awesome book! it is a standalone but does have some of the characters from the D.D Warren Series. it keeps you interested throughout the book and ended completely opposite of what I was expecting. Now I am going to start The Survivors Club also by Lisa Gardner.
I just finished
by Kristen Proby while on a road trip with my mom to Puyallup. Very sexy! Has anyone read the With Me in Seattle series? Am currently reading
Finished
and on to the next one in the series
No way to stop after starting this series until the end of the final book.

I started on book 2
. Trying to stick close to my plan and get the series done before I start on The Singer.
Yay Quynh...The Singer is released tomorrow. Hunter's books are also going to be available on Audible.
I'm super excited! It's going to be hard to resist starting it, but I also really want to know about Karou and Akiva in Laini Taylor's book lol. My reading pace has been a bit slow lately since I started working again, as well as training for upcoming Spartan race. Need more hours in the day!
I finished I finished The Raider by Monica McCarty and here's my review.
I also finished reading The Promise by Robyn Carr and enjoyed it (review to come later). I'm now starting Blood Brothers for a Nora Roberts group buddy read.

Woo-hoo! I belong to a mystery discussion group on Yahoo! and part of this year's challenge is to read a mystery you liked as a kid. This audio edition is performed by actress Laura Linney.

I just finished reading The Survivors Club and it was one of the most intense endings I have read in quite some time. Great book. Now I think I will start The Other Daughter

I just finished The Other Daughter and although I really enjoyed it, it isnt my favorite book by Lisa Gardner. There is just so much going on it hard to keep up with everything going on. however, I did not see some of the ending coming. Now I am starting another Lisa Gardner series starting with The Perfect Husband. I hope this series is as good as the D.D Warren Series
Hey I just finished Murder of Crows! The 2nd book and it was great! Could not put it down!! Have never read anything of Anne Bishop before.
