Librarians cannot set editions as primary; authors must do it themselves. See http://www.goodreads.com/help/show/31...

What you did yesterday was get those new editions added. And they are all there.
What you seem to be asking for is to have them show up as the default edition, which is not automatic, and which is something you will need to set for each of the three books.

I got your books separated, no worries there.
I'm not sure why you think your books are missing, the ISBN numbers you listed above are here:
1482773058: http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/17...
1482773376: http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/17...

D.A. the new editions do show up, if a user clicks the "old" edition from "books by ..." it will show up on the top right as an "other editions". If you set the primary edition as described in Message 4 the "new" book page will be the one that comes up when clicking one of your books under "books by...".

Barnes and Noble is selling eBook editions of both Machine of God (here) and The Terrible Quest (here). I do not see them available as Paperbacks (which is seems those two ISBNs are), that might be something you have to take up with B&N.
If it is the eBook version you intend for people to be able to view, we will need to add editions using the BNID numbers (they start with 294). Like Cait mentioned yesterday we can't take the information directly from there, but as the author you can provide it for us so we can get it set up.
