I have a similar request!
Author: Darlene Deluca
Unexpected Legacy, quarterfinalist ABNA, 2013
http://www.goodreads.com/author/show/...

Thank you!

Guess anybody can add to a list!
Could not find 2012 list though...can you please link it?
"If your self-published novel is a contender in Amazon's Breakthrough Novel Award 2013 add it here so the community can see you're in the running."
Thanks!

Thank you!

Any staff or supers or more experienced librarians know what the standard is?
I thought these two books showed award correctly: The Boy who Lit up the Sky and The Shadow of Black Wings? At least I hope so since an earlier edit listing as "quarter-finalist" instead of "nominee" was over-ridden to match (I did not edit anyone's).
I would personally like to see at least "Finalist" noted even if every other round just says nominee because "Finalist" is the top of the genre and there are only five. Not positive of the official standard (I was told when I asked that it went "nominee" "Quarter-Finalist" then "Finalist" and for 2013 had to have a category but the few I had started doing from posts and official amazon list got edited to just say nominee).

(Not sure if there's an official "round" at which a book is a nominee as all the books are author submitted then accepted as meeting contest eligibility or not if I understand the process. I'm assuming at least not before the initial "accepted" 2,000 entries; quoting from http://www.amazon.com/gp/feature.html... "...What is the Contest timeline and process?
Registrations and submissions for entry into the contest will be accepted from January 14, 2013 to January 27, 2013. Up to 10,000 entries will be accepted. Amazon editors will select up to 2,000 top Entries (by reviewing pitch statements for Valid Entries) which will be announced at www.amazon.com/abna on or about February 13, 2013. Amazon editors and Amazon Vine Reviewers will then read 3,000 to 5,000 word Excerpts from each of the remaining 2,000 Entries to narrow the field to up to 500 Quarter-Finalists who will be announced at www.amazon.com/abna on or about March 12, 2013. Publishers Weekly editors will then read the Quarter-Finalists' full Manuscripts to rate and review them based on the following Judging Criteria: originality of idea, plot, prose/writing style; character development; and overall strength of submission. On or about April 16, 2013, the Publishers Weekly reviews of the Quarter-Finalists’ Manuscripts will be posted within each entrant’s www.createspace.com account; and then the top 25 Semi-Finalists will be announced at www.amazon.com/abna. Publishers Weekly reviews of the Semi-Finalists may be posted on http://www.publishersweekly.com. Amazon Publishing Editors will then read each Semi-Finalist's Manuscript and accompanying review, and using the Judging Criteria will select one Finalist in each category to be announced on or about May 21, 2013. Amazon customers will then select the Grand Prize Winner who will be announced on or about June 15, 2013. Please see the Contest Rules for more details...")

Heh, I've been working on that particular awards list for a little while now. It's gonna take a little time before I'm finished. That list was a mess (there were at least 20 other misspelled variations of it).
ETA: Is the link Debbie provided legal to use?

(I suspect if amazon has an issue with rules of a deliberately public contest being cited then they also object to goodreads noting the award at all).
I can re-format in MLA, Chicago, APA, AP or GPO citation standard if goodreads has a preference. I don't think it falls under book data since a public contest but can also quote from Publisher's weekly, Createspace and a few thousand blogs if necessary.

Standard is standard and is fine— except for 2013, I do really strongly feel they need to be in one of the five categories.
(Unbelievable mess, happy to leave you to it. You'd think there would be a few simple w/o "award" spellings or abbreviations, but was definitely a bog mess.)

;) I gave up after I saw that there were still more incorrectly spelled versions of the award after I merged more than 20 of them. I went to write a review instead. I'll wait until I get a more official standpoint on the Amazon link before I jump back in.

Guess anybody can add to a list!

Thanks! I couldn't find it, though! This is the list/link I was looking at:
