I wish there was no epiloge at all and i just wish that Tessa wasnt immortal so her and will would truly grow old together. Grrrrr! I cant let go of it and i probably never will. i cried alot
thought the end bit was horrible... read it, threw the book on the ground, that was a few days ago and its still where i left it cos i hated the ending so much. argh
That epilogue shredded my soul into tiny pieces. I had to put the book down halfway through Will's life and catch my composure before continuing because I couldn't even see the page. I don't cry at anything, and yet I was reduced to stuttering sobs of agony thanks to that damn epilogue.
When will died I cried, so sad. But overall I loved the ending because I love Jem as well, and it is nice that they can be happy together. The epilogue was great and definitely should have been written.
yer i think it was lovely that Jem finally got his happily ever after too..why does every one think that only Will deserved that?
I don't know why, but I didn't choke up at all when Will died. I felt it just summed up their time together and it was peaceful. I do think the epilogue was a little fast. She could have just stopped it with us knowing Jem is back and they are in contact with each other. Then, we could have seen their relationship progress in TMI (because, lets face it, they will appear in City of Heavenly Fire). Though I understand she wanted to sum it up for the people only reading the Infernal Devices.
