John Hancock (johngregoryhancock) | 123 comments For what its worth, I sold more ebooks at 3.99 than i did at 2.99, when I experimentally lowered it. I DID lower my paperback price from 8.99 to 7.99 which cost me dearly on the royalty, but I felt that if I were going to buy a paperback from a first time writer, I wouldn't go higher than that. But the break on the ebook was transparent so I raised it back up. I found marketing on social media was more effective than the price break. YMMV
