This is the first group I've joined so I'm feeling my way a bit. I write romantic suspense, but I enjoy reading all sorts of books. My favourites, in any genre, are those that take me into a world I know little about. I use theatre, but novels I like can be set anywhere, from a horse-racing background to a period in history with which I'm unfamiliar.

I love fantasy, a phenomenal western, and a good literary read and I have consumed most of the classics The Great Gatsby and The Count of Monte Cristo are my favorite.) Recently I discovered Chevy Stevens (author of Still Missing and Never Knowing) ad I love her books. I also enjoy good suspense and crime. Hello everyone. I love to read, and I can't understand people who never read. It is my ticket to a another world, another time, another place.
I prefer suspense, thrillers, fantasy, and horror. If I had to pick a genre that I don't like, it would be romance. Just not for me. I must have a missing gene.
At any rate, I like to source books on my own, but once I find an author I love, I quickly devour every word.
One last thing, and it doesn't seem to be against the rules, I also write fantasy.
