Waiting for the release of a book you really really want?

Sooooooooo, I love reading series'. The only issue to that is you have to keep waiting for the next books to come out. I have issues with waiting. Really. I think the worst book wait for me was waiting for Mockingjay to come out. It was really hard especially considering how Catching Fire ended on that big cliffhanger:/ Then there is obviously Clockwork Princess because of how Clockwork Prince ended!
Anyway, my question is, how do you cope with the wait for books your really want? And what book do you want the most that is coming out this year?
There are a lot of books I want this year, but I would definitely say Divergent #3.

For me, waiting for Harry Potter and The Deathly Hallows was the most exciting and painful moment ever, but it was worth every day of waiting... :)

Divergent #3 is what I am excitedly waiting now. I am also waiting for Julie Kagawa's books, and I hope Suzanne Collins will write another series.

I try to find a new series to keep me occupied. I also re-read the books in the serious while I wait for the next book.
