which format to add to author page

If my book is in paperback and ebook format, do I add it to my author page twice - once for each format? or do I just pick a format and go with that?

add it twice - one for each format. If they each have their own ISBN's include that in their records but if they share only one ISBN, then you can only add it to one record - leave the other record blank.

Once you've added both records, post back here and one of us can combine the two editions into one "work" for you.
