Read it in 2 days. Christmas day and Boxing Day. My dad was not pleased=) I can't wait until the next one!
I read it in two days too. ^^ LOVED IT.
So excited for House of Hades!
So excited for House of Hades!
I read it in a night from 10 o'clock to 4 a.m.
I started it when I got home from school on a Saturday (we start the week on Saturday here) then I was ill so I read for a while at night then I missed school the next day so I finished it then.
I missed a day too. I started it at midnight one day, had to put it down to sleep, and then finished it at 10 in the morning.
Right? PERCABETH! I cried for about two hours. And I still cry whenever I read it.

Same.
Same.
Listen guys. You've got your regular troll, who sits around making dumb comments on the internet, and then you have your Rick Riordan troll, who isn't comparable to anyone else. Ever.
OMG THIS BOOK. Best. Of. Heros of Olympus.
So far at least. =)
BUT THE ENDING...I was number 16 on my Library's waiting list of thousands for that book. I had it in my hand days after it came out. I finished it. I looked at the last page and saw that HoH was coming in October 2013. A YEAR FROM THEN!!!
HOW AM I STILL BREATHING WHEN HE ENDS A BOOK LIKE THAT???
Luckily, I am number 4 (no pun intended) on my library's waiting list this year for HoH. There are probably thousands of holds by now. Unluckily, that means I'll finish the book in several days and then have to wait another agonizing year for the last book.
Oh. My. Gosh. Last book. *dies*

Seriously, guys, I died harder at the end of The Lost Hero! Or have we all forgotten how we stared at the page in blank disbelief when it was announced that Percy had lost his memory?!
I was the first kid in the entire school to read it. Walked into the library one day, saw it there, and was like 'ooh, can I take that one?' and the librarian was like 'sure, whatever, just let me get it onto the system'.
My Percabeth......*sobbs miserably* (I've been like this since.... hmmm..... a few Saturdays ago, when I finished it)
MY PERCABETH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I just finished this on Sunday. I cried so much! Even though I knew what was going to happen to percy and annabeth (thx to social media spoilers
Read it in one day, 4 a.m. sobbing (which may have been from the severity of the ending or sleeplessness, the world will never know). Bringing the seven together was the best of both worlds for me. In The Lost Hero I liked Leo but not the two others (at first), in Son of Neptune I liked Percy of course but not the other two (at first), so Mark of Athena was taking those two characters and putting them back together.
