Has anyone read "Not a Fan" by Kyle Idleman? My Sunday School class just started it this week. Interested in hearing thoughts. Thanks! :)

I haven't read the book but my wife and I watch the 30 minute TV show they produce. We record every episode, well worth watching, they teach valuable and practical lessons. Kyle and Francis Chan are two authors of the same type who are calling us Christians to an authentic walk in our faith. I was moved to write my book, WORLD FORGIVE ME, with the same motivation. I believe God is doing a movement in the church to get real and for us to live our faith so others can see Him at work in our lives. This is the only way we can be effective. Then people will want to check out our Jesus. As I say in my book, we may be the only Bible they see!
When and where does this TV show air? I'm very interested in checking it out! We watched a video that went along with our lesson on Sunday, and it's got me excited about reading the book. I will also have to check your book out...I wholeheartedly agree about us "getting real and living our faith." Thanks so much! God bless :)
Not a fan airs on more than one channel, I think. It is on TBN. I just TIVO it so I don't pay much attention to what channel it is on. If you have this type of recording device you could put in the show and it will tell you when the show is on.My book is on Amazon as well as my website, www.dacogdell.com Let me know what you think, Ellen.
