postmortem of sorts on a series that has got me hooked

Well, I'm only 19% in and she's just 'lost' the baby.. Is it possible she was carrying a demon baby and this Dr Cain has just delievered it? Would it still be hers and Dex's or not?

ok lets break it down

I loved perry to start with, she actually reminded me of myself, a little bit, baring the drugs, the ghosts and the folks. But she started to drain on me. I found I only enjoyed reading Perry and Dex's banter. I only really found Perry interesting when she was with Dex, the internal monologue s started driving me insane, I mean come on! Grow a pair of balld and make a decision for crying out loud!

Now, out side the whole love story, I found the ghost stories very compelling. I'm not really one for the spookily stories, not because I don't enjoy a good fright but, because they are very rarely written well and I find them hard to get hooked on. Whereas this series had me hooked for the first four, lost me a bit on the fifth and grabbed me again on the sixth!

I wsnt to find out more about Dex now that we have found out who creepy clown lady is, I need to know what happened to his mother, and why he's so terrified of her.

What Ada is going to become and how Perry's new gift is going to develooe. Will Ada move to Seatal to work with D and P? Afterall, she is Pippa's granddaughter as well, and it seems she has gifts of her own to add to the mix..

Sorry, you wanted a brake down. I just sort of threw it all out there lol as much as I like ol' Roddy it took a while to get into. Only because it was the first one and the author had to lay the foundations.. it still bugs me where Dex ended up the first time they met? He disappeared and the twins showed up. I hoped it would elaberate further on but never did. Where did he go?
