I don't have any ideas :/I like the idea of famous/non-famous, but I think that could turn out pretty similar to Andrew and Audrina, if I'm honest. And, I don't usually do anything apart from realistic, but I like the idea of a dystopian society where partners are chosen for the people. But nothing concrete, so feel free to get a list :)

2 is arranged for marriage and so far, they're actually pretty happy with whom they were paired up with [even if the other doesn't seem as interested.]. 1 is an outsider that lives in a more or less normal city. it's pretty much everyone for themselves or something.
now there are two ways to go from here.
1st idea; 1 gets curious because of the big walls of a foreign city and somehow manages to get in. 1 quickly realises that getting in wasn't nearly as easy as getting out. 1 knows that this is nothing like what it should be but nonetheless, fate grabs them and rams them right into 2. Right off the bat, 2 knows that 1 doesn't belong. But 2 has always been the curious type and so befriends 1, in hopes of learning their origins. 1 tells 2 their dilemma and yeah...I'm not sure...of course, everything has to be kept a secret.
2nd idea; As claimed earlier, 2 is of the curious kind. But 2 somehow manages to find their way out of the four big walls they call home. It's been their entire world ever since birth. Now outside and over exposed, 2 does not know what to do. 2 is scared and thankfully, 1 sees 2 and their distress and goes to them, wondering what's wrong. 2 can't believe their eyes that there are people outside of the city. It's a brand new world and despite all of the objections towards 1's invitations to bring them to their home and care for them, 2 gives in. And so, 2 is introduced to life itself. And the maybe 2 realises that all of what is going on within the four walls is absolutely inhumane or something and a revolution spurts off? Of course, 1+2 fall in love.

I understand now :)I got confused because I was thinking that you were trying to describe 4 characters, that's all. Maybe we could do both? Assuming you want to do doubles, of course. Maybe in one of them the person from the city is happy with their pairing (the one where the outsider breaks in), and in the other, they're unhappy (so they get the hell outta there).
i liked your other idea as well, though. o.o

But I can't decide if I'd rather have someone break in or someone break out! D:Actually, I'd rather someone break in. But they'd need a reason. Like, um. Um. Um. Maybe they're supposed to get some inside information? Because their city's waiting to attack? And then they fall for the person that's already paired? I'm picturing the outsider as a guy, by the way.
And then we could also do the sneaking around one, and one of the people from one pair could be a sibling/friend of someone from the other pair.

OMG THE IDEA OF THEM BEING BROTHERS IS GENIUS (and cruel, hehe). And maybe he doesn't know that she's been paired yet? And she has to tell him who it is? That's amazing.I like the second idea, too. Oh, the drama.
Edit: Maybe, since the first girl is the governor's daughter, she gets paired with the brother because he's set to be, like, a lawyer or something like that, and is one of those people that's good at everything. And the guy that's in love with her could be this almighty fuck-up but is doing better since meeting her. I don't know, the fact that his brother gets her could just add fuel to the fire of jealousy.

Heh heh heh. It really is, because I was leaning toward the other 2 characters, but wouldn't have minded if I had to play the outsider. It seems we have different tastes in characters. I looked at the other roleplay you're doing (the cancer one, since you mentioned it), and honestly couldn't think of anything worse than playing the cancer patient o.o:( please be happy. We don't have to write right now, if you aren't in the mood..

I didn't think my guy was paired with anyone yet. And girl 1 is just paired with a random guy that doesn't really matter. I think the only time he'll be in it is if she talks about him, since I imagine all her parts will be with the outsider. Does that make sense?
My guy could get paired later, if you want, but I think pairing him straight away makes things more complicated, especially since your girl just got paired.

I would if I already had a picture in mind, but I really don't xDI just try to make sure they aren't the same every time (i.e. dark hair, dark hair, dark hair, dark hair), but I think I'm good on that front right now. Whichever of us finds a picture first (although I'm guessing it'll be you) can post it and the other will just go with whatever hair/eye colour it is.
