Just finished reading the Host!

Haha very funny review! i liked it. I can kind of identify with what you're saying.
The love triangle was kind of weird but have to say i still loked the book. Movie was alright but as usual lacked what the book had... all the details and my imagination to fill in all the blanks. :)
