I keep seeing buddy reads on my home page - how do they work?

Hi Rachel :)
A buddy read is a book two or more people agree to read on a certain date.
Buddy reads are open to anyone who wants to join, just drop by the thread for the buddy read you want, and you can discuss the book with whoever's doing the buddy read.
If you want to find reading buddies, you can suggest in this thread a book you want to read. If anybody else wants to read it, you agree on a start date and discuss the book.

Ah brilliant, thank you! I will definitely try that when I start on some new books, I enjoy being able to discuss a book with someone else during and after reading it :)

There is a thread about Divergent in archive of our group as it was a BOM last year leading to Insurgent, which was a winner of GDCA 2012, so you can find there questions and opinions of those who read the book. I will gladly join the discussion, eventhough I read the trilogy last year :) It is an interesting story to discuss!
