Is Karen only resposible for the cover, no internal illustrations or chapter headers etc?

Correct. Her name got accidentally added to the wrong field when the book information was first uploaded. When I caught the error, it had already gone to a few distributors.

Not if we have a single primary author. Removed from two. Cannot remove from the one with no other author.

To clarify: We include editors of multi-author works, like anthologies, usually as the primary author. We do not include editors of books by one or two authors.

It is "Eberhardt Del'Antonio" (with an ' instead of an `).

Where is the book cover from? If it is from the authors or publisher websites, library sites, various other public archives or your own photo or scan, it is alright.
Not acceptable are covers from booksellers e.g. Amazon.

The image was on some forum, so the source is rather unclear. What is the situation with cover images from Librarything. Would it be ok to take covers from there?

If own scans are a clearer from a legal point of view I will just scan it, when I am at my parents' again.

I believe we can keep it if its not from a bookseller, but someone may correct me, if I´m wrong.

LibraryThing is on the no-no list.

Unless a cover is from a publisher site, author site, or library, it's most likely a problem.
