❀Tea❀ (ttea) | 9624 comments As you can see by previous post, Moonstone needs only 20 books to finish this round. That probably means we'll be done in next few days, week the most.
I'm not sure if we'll be done when they reach it or if we'll continue 'playing' till next Sunday update. We'll keep you posted when we find out.

Task #3 - Random Genre

I will randomly assigned the following twelve (12) genres to a corresponding number.
Contemporary Romance
Fantasy
Historical Fiction
Historical Romance
History
Horror
Mystery/Cozy
Mystery/Thriller
Non-Fiction
Urban Fantasy
Women's Fiction
Young Adult
Go to:
http://www.random.org/dice/
and roll one or two dice.

Come back to this thread and tell me the number you rolled and I'll tell you the genre a member (any member) of your Team needs to read this month.

I will reassign the genre before each Team request.

Yes, if a member has already read that genre, you may count it.

You may NOT use books used in other November tasks.

Any books 160 pages or greater, finished between November 1 - 23, 2013.

Classification will be by the top five most popular 'tags' - according to GRs members.

You will be granted one (1) BAP.

You have until the 23rd of November to earn this point. (Or the end of the TTRC, which looks like November 17th, according to the poll in the "sister" group.)

Until the next surprise.

Post finished task here.

Now keep your fingers crossed that we get something we've already read. :D

❀Tea❀ (ttea) | 9624 comments OK ladies our roll gave us Urban Fantasy.
I'm going to check your shelfs, but feel free to yell if you know you have books that fits. :D

Edit:
I'll go with TC's Magic Bites

Task #4 - Random Bookcover (Color or Item)

This task like the Random Genre in that I will randomly assigned numbers to all seventeen (17) Teams, as I did with the 12 genres. However, each Team has a corresponding predominant color or item to find on the cover, for what your Team needs to search.
• This is an either/or challenge. You only have to read one book that qualifies for either the ITEM - or the COLOR of the Team you are assigned.

• For predominant color book, it needs to be the edition the Team Member actually read.

• However, if it is an item on the cover, then you may post the actual bookcover and the alternate one (different edition) in which you found the item .

• If you get your own Team number, I will roll/reassign again.

If you can't see the picture chart, refer to list under this spoiler: (view spoiler)
Go to:
http://www.random.org/dice/
and roll two or three dice.

Come back to this thread and tell me the number you rolled and I'll tell you the Team Item/Color a member (any member) of your Team needs to read this month.

I will reassign the Team/Color/Item before each Team request.

Yes, if a member has already read a bookcover that works, you may count it.

You may NOT use books used in other November tasks.

Any books 160 pages or greater, finished between November 1 - 23, 2013.

You will be granted two (2) BAPs.

You have until the 23rd of November to earn this point. (Or the end of the TTRC, which looks like November 17th, according to the poll in the "sister" group.)

Until the next surprise.

I offered TC to bring her cupcakes (with something sharp in them). You want some too? :D

message 1815: by Ezi (new)

Ezi Chinny (ezinwanyi) LMAO, yes I am in jail:(
I tried so hard to be a good person, but i still landed my butt in jail. Nothing sharp, maybe a book. Can people read in jail? Maybe you can come and flash the guards, distract them while TC jimmies the lock and we can run for it:D

TC, I hope there is no bubba in jail with us:D

As you can see, part of us is going same way as one of greatest Hobbits. It's just that TC and Ezi need to work on their skill little more. Burglar Bilbo didn't end up in jail.
Maybe we should schedule another lecture with Bilbo when they get out. :D

Ezi Chinny (ezinwanyi) Sneaky bilbo, maybe Burns knows his schedule.
The good thing about jail is you are guaranteed a meal...I forgot my lunch at home and I don't want to buy (spend my money). *Sad face*

Ezi Chinny (ezinwanyi) Andy Dufresne took 12 years to tunnel out, and Prison Break, Michael and Lincoln etc took 2 years to get out.
Plus Michael got the map tattoed on his body, so you can consider doing a tattoo

Task #5 - Novella/Short Story

There are less than seventy-four hours until the last Sunday Update!

For Task #5, I will give you a different kind of mission. One that could create quite a quandary, but will bring a large reward: Five (5) BAPs!
◆ Reading novellas or short stories, spell out:
N.
B.
R.
C.

N.
I.
N.
J.
A.
• The twist is you may NOT apply a book larger than 160 pages, and thus they may NOT be “tagged” towards your TTRC.

• EXCEPTION: They may be in an anthology; this is the only way you may “tag” the completed book, if you do finish the whole book. However, you are NOT required to read the whole book if you use an anthology. Nevertheless, you must use the titles, etc., of the stories within the anthology to do the spelling.

• Short stories must be greater than 10 pages. (view spoiler)

• The same rules as prior Spell-It-Outs apply. (view spoiler)

• They may all be done by one Team Member, or all nine read by different Team Members, it matters not to me.

• Yes, if a short story or novella has been read/finished on November 1st or after, you may apply it.

• You have until Sunday, November 17th, 9:00 a.m. - or your time zone to finish/post Task #5.
Decisions, decisions.

WHATEVER will you do?!!

Until the next surprise.

Post finished task here.
