Do you remember if you read this in a collection of some sort? Or, was it a single novella, maybe?
I'm pretty sure that it wasn't on it's own, that it was in a collection of some sort.I read it probably 15 or 20 years ago, and I'm not sure how new it was.

What I remember is that the new fad those magic 3d images that you unfocus your eyes for was making people look at the world differently and all of a sudden they could see dinosaurs.
The dinosaurs had not actually gone extinct but somehow evolved onto another plane of existence (or something). They are now intelligent and were willing to share the world with humans, until that is, humans could perceive them.
