Bookshelf - "Fantasy Writing Resources"

I am setting out to set up the bookshelves.

For this shelf I am looking for books that you have found particularly useful in research for your Fantasy settings and characters.

At the present I'd prefer no RPG source books, even though they can be of great use. I am revise this decision in the future though.

For the basics of world building, my personal bible is by Orson Scott Card

It's compact, easy to read, and has all the essentials.

In addition to general books about world building, are you asking about references specific to the worlds we have built?
