Mystery - husband named Noah is missing and had incestuous affiar with his sister /s

This was a mass market paperback thriller around 2005. The heroine's husband Noah vanishes and she discovers he once had an affair with his own sister. Maybe she is a police officer? I can't remember the title or author but want to read the sequel.

Thanks Kris. I figured it out. The problem is I had the husband's name wrong (Shiloh, not Noah). The book is The 37th Hour by Jodi Compton.
