SOLVED. YA book, girl haunted by ghost name Zoe [s]

Honestly I can't remember much about this book but reading through other people's posts triggered a memory of a book I read in maybe 5th or 6th grade, so Mid-90's.
All i really remember is what I've got in the subject line... I think girl and her family move to town and the girl starts getting haunted by a ghost. i sort of think the ghost started out friendly, but got malicious? Either the main character, or the ghost, is named Zoe or Zoey. I remember not being sure how to pronounce that name since I'd never seen it written out. Any ideas? Thanks!
