Decision about Not a Book Status

Any ideas on how this book should be handled. Seems to me it should remain a book:

It doesn't seem to have had any adds so maybe it could be deleted - and since it was self-published it might not come back unless someone adds it. I think he did the same thing to another book. I just haven't seen it again. I just don't think it should be labeled as "not a book". Anyway - I'll wait for rivka to comment.

I think the author is changing it because it does not belong to him. I found the first book in this series on Sean^^Austin's page, so I moved it over there.
