Psylk | 185 comments I have kind of an odd request but I was hoping I could get some recs on books about kidnappings. YA or Adult either one.

Some of the ones I have read are:

Still Missing
Gone Girl
The Collecter
Before I Go to Sleep
A Stolen Life

Girl, Stolen
My Abandonment
Living Dead Girl

I prefer them to be told either by the victim or the bad guy. Not really a fan of following around a cop lol. Anyway any recs that you guys can think of (or places to find recs even) would be great. Thanks!

Gisbelle | 27299 comments The Breakaway (The Breakaway, #1) by Michelle Davidson Argyle I loved this one. It's a YA, told by the victim. It leans toward a romantic side. Not cop involved :)

Trisha | 31440 comments I recently bought Crow's Row (Crow's Row, #1) by Julie Hockley - it might fit what you are looking for

Wither (The Chemical Garden, #1) by Lauren DeStefano - she is kidnapped, but it gets pretty...dystopian from there. I'm not sure but I thought I would throw this out as well....

Bel Canto by Ann Patchett is a classic adult book. I'm not sure they are kidnapped, but they are definitely held hostage. It's a very good book.

What Happened to Cass McBride? by Gail Giles is definitely kidnapped and is YA and very good :D

here's just a few :D I hope at least one or two sound hopefull
