Clean Your Shelf - Spring Buddy Challenge
currently reading 7th book of my list. :) i just have a problem with the internet so I can't really check them normally as read and write reviews. but I will do it as soon as I'll get to normal network. sunday maybe. :))))
Just finished my 7th book, and will begin my 8th tomorrow. I'm hoping to have my reviews up for the last three books I've finished either tomorrow or Sunday. I'm also hoping I can at least get the 8th and 9th book finished by the end of the challenge.
wow Im only on my 2nd book lol! But it's b/c I had to read other books for book tours etc.
And I'm on my spring break. So I've had a lot of time to read.

I'm really struggling with one of my books. Can I give it up and move on to the next?

Things aren't going as planned, still on my huge first book (almost 600 pages), you guys are doing awesome and I feel like a loser. :(
It's totally normal, I had difficulties with my first book too. It was so hard to push myself into reading but I had plenty of time so I just told myself I had to do it. If I wouldn't have so much time, I'd still be at my first one. Probably then I'd just put it away and sign out of the challenge.It's hard to start reading so fast for the challenge but when you get used to it, it becomes easy. You can't enjoy books so much so much if you read them real quick though.
It will be okay, keep reading. Or ask your partner to change the order of books, maybe some of them will read faster.

yikes, a 600 page book is a killer! I'd be feeling a little downhearted too!

Maybe if this challenge will happen again in the next months, you should choose something with few pages. Hahaha.

this challenge seems to be going well, so i am pretty sure we will do it again in the future :)

Won't be able to finish all my books :( we are in New Hampshire until the 5 and I don't have anything with me so sad! Sorry Jamie!

Wow you guys are doing a really good job! I can't believe some of you have already finished! I've only finished the first 3 (I still need to write my review for the 3rd) and I'm reading books 4 and 5 at the same time, but neither of them are that great so I'm having a hard time with them. It doesn't help that I've barely been home since Friday! Oh well. I'm hoping I'll at least finish 5 books by the end :)

Finishing up my 6th book and planning on starting the 7th. Not sure if I will finish that before the challenge is up. I really wanted to finish way more then 4 books but I have been super busy with school and work/internship plus I had 2 added books for class.
However I really enjoyed this. 3 of the books I did read I have been wanting to read for some time now. I hope when the next one comes around I will be much better.
I also had to read my 3rd before my first because I did not notice that Mimi had added it to my list and it was a library book.

Looks like I'll be ending the challenge with book #6. I don't think I'll finish #7 and get a review written before today is over.

I read my eighth book, but I couldn't finish my seventh. :/ it keeps putting me to sleep. Next time we do this I have to write an "out" clause in, so that we each can skip one book on our list if it's really not working out or us.
