Purpinkrose, yes, Marni is right, the book is currently on Amazon Select so is not listed with B&N. So, for other reviewers, putting a review here and on Amazon US is great. And putting it up on Amazon UK is wonderful too:) Thanks everyone for your wonderful reviews so far.
