Sherri Moorer (sherrithewriter) | 144 comments Pick me, pick me! I just released an urban fantasy mystery novel and am stumping for reads, reviews, interviews, guest blogs - whatever reels in readers! Here's the synopsis:

Be careful what you wish for ...

All Ruby Josen wanted was to get ahead in life. After a decade of lost relationships and missed opportunities, she's ready to move on and desperate to do whatever it takes to get out of her rut. When Ruby meets Bryce, a handsome stranger at the town's spring festival, his offer to turn fate to her favor seems too good to be true. But nothing comes without a price, and Ruby learns that interfering with fate has bigger consequences than she realized. It leaves her to wonder who's really controlling her life and who - or what - Bryce really is.

Feel free to message me here or email me directly at if you're interested.

Best regards,

message 21: by Roberta (new)

Roberta Morris (robertamorris) | 7 comments SUICIDAL MANIACS AND THE LADY OF SHALOTT tells the story of a girl, an actor, growing up and going away -- and of her mother becoming fine with that. Not so remarkable, but both daughter and mother contend that this, in an artist, is beyond Tennyson's imagination. It was beyond Shauna's as well as she untangles the threads of her own family history and her fears of love and death.

You want to interview me about that? It's my fourth novel to be released and I'd be honored.

Roberta Morris

message 45: by Owen (new)

Owen Banner (owenbanner) Hi Sara, I'd love to be interviewed if you're still looking. Here's the description and link to my novel, which was just published yesterday.

“I am hurtling eight stories to the pavement. There’s a bullet in my left shoulder and another chewing through my lung. I am going to die.” - Shirley O'Shea

When Shirley got out of prison three years ago, he committed himself to being there for his sister, Haley, and his aunt, Winnie--the only family he has left. Then he met Isaac, a man with connections to his grandfather and to the IRA. Isaac said he owed Shirley's family a favor: deliver a package and get some money. But things are never that simple, are they? What should have been an easy drop-off blows Shirley's world apart. Now he's on the run, a continent away from those he loves, trying to figure out what he's gotten himself into, who he can trust and how far he's willing to go in order to keep his family safe.

But Shirley has a few skeletons of his own banging on the closet doors, and the hinges are starting to come off.

Eldorado by Jay Allan Storey

In the resource-starved Vancouver of the future, the world of bookish community college instructor Richard Hampton is blown apart when his younger brother Danny disappears and the police are too busy keeping a lid on a hungry, overcrowded city to search for him.

Owen Banner (owenbanner) Great, thanks!

message 50: by Alexandra (new)

Alexandra Bogdanovic | 13 comments Hi, Sara.
I just completed the questions and reviewed your guidelines... but from what I understand you are only looking for works of fiction published in the last three months?
If that's the case, my book does not meet the criteria -- but I would encourage you to consider non-fiction in the future. I promise I've already come up with 10 extremely thought-provoking responses!
