I actually can't decide. I like both in different ways. I just finished reading Shatter me and is looking for Destroy me so I can read a little more about Warner, but I don't hate Warner, I don't dislike him either. In a way he grew on me when I read the log that is in Shatter me. I kind of want to know more about him and see what happens with him and Juliette. The fact that he can touch her make me think there is something coming that is not yet there if you haven't read the other books.

It's not that I hate Adam, I like him, but in my opinion and you will understand this after you've read the other books, he's not for Juliette.

YES! adam starts being SOOO ANNOYING but i was team ADAM in shatter me but after reading unravel me TEAM WARNER FOR LIFE

Warner on the other hand seemed to have the opposite affect. He was frightening and intense in the beginning and we hated him. But after he bonds with Juliet and you get to see into his thought processes a little, you see the loving side of his intensity. We come to realize that he is not completely crazy, just in love. When it comes to him with Juliet, he doesn't disable her and limit her power, he encourages it, nurturing it and her as well. While some people may be a fan of the whole forbidden and painful love story between Juliet and Adam, I just feel that Juliet is happier with Warner and can truly be herself and not have to feel so stifled.

And as soon as I read the line, "He is perfect" all my chances of liking him were ruined. I want a character who does something stupid, like forgetting to bring soap into the shower, and have physical imperfections, like a big zit on their nose, or a crooked nose. I wanted a character who is real.
And everyone also is saying that Adam was a dick in the last book, but picture this; you are dating somebody. You think they are dead, until they show up at your house, and you are happy. But then they start talking about somebody who tried to kill you, affectionately. Then that person shows up at your house, and they look at them the way they used to look a you. Then they tell you that you guys broke up, which you thought was coming, but you really love them. Heck, you've had a crush on them since you we're little. And it breaks your heart. And on top of that, your family is dead, except for your brother, and you're under a lot of stress because you can't feed them. And now this. Now do you think he was overreacting? So, sorry all Warner lovers, I disagree. Take that as you may.
I wonder if I am the only one . . .

I am team Aaron Warner. Warner is amazing and perfect. I was team Adam on the first book. But destroy me, Unravel me, and ignite me convicted me to change to team Warner. Also I started hating Adam after 2nd book he is SO ANNOYING!!!
He is prefect for Juliette.

hes so differnt and exiting!!!! Adam is kinda mehh. I mean I liked him in the begining dont get me wrong but by the time the end of unravel me rolled arond i was just like yep im ready for more like LOTS MORE so i think ive changed some of you adam lover into the derection cause Warner is on fleak

Warner saw, maybe not first hand like Adam did, but second hand through her history and his own reaction to similar situations. He saw what she could become if she would except herself and what she was and to break out of the shell of fear and insecurities that her parents and society put in her. Wanted to teach her to use her strength and heart for herself instead of what others wanted her to do. He makes her stronger, encourages her to embrace what she has, to grow and do great things.

After reading Shatter Me, I was definitely team Adam. To be honest, I hadn't planned to read the rest of the series until I was at the store and read the summary for the third book. Warner and Juliette working together? I immediately checked out the rest of the series. In the second book, my opinion started to change. Sure, Adam was still good and all, but you just start to know Warner better. And then, in book 3, Adam isn't as sweet as he was in the previous books, and Warner really cares for Juliette. So, in summary, I switched after the first book to team Warner and the second and third book enforced this. ;)

Juliette only liked Adam because he was the only one to pay her any attention, back when they were kids, and in the prison, from what I read. He was the only choice at the time.
So I'm definitely TeamWarner
