Clary and Jace's relationship is messed up sometimes. But in the end it's a beautiful and happy thing. But then something bad happens. What's a word or phrase to describe this?

I mean they start hating each other, then they're "siblings" (we all knew they weren't), then they aren't, then she loves Simon, then she doesn't, then they're making out as siblings, then they make out as friends, then as bf/gf, then he's freakin possessed!

I would say funny, because of jace's comments, and how hes posessed, then hes not, then he is. I just find the whole thing hysterical
