I am trying to combine the three editions of my book, The Digital Eye - A Compilation of Articles for the Beginning Photographer (paperback, kindle and epub).
On the book page it says there are two more versions and when I click on "Other Editions" all three show up. However when I click on "combine editions" they all show up under one check box and if I click to combine them I get a message in pink background "Must select at least 2 works to combine"

Does that mean they are already combined?
