Matched
question
What did you guys think about Matched?
I thought Match was great. The best book out of the whole series. I really enjoyed the plot a lt. I liked nth Xander and Ky the same. My favorite character was Cassia. I liked Cassia's personality. Overall the series was good.

I give it 3 stars because I liked some things about i, but not the overall book. There was no intro, climax, or resolution...the whole book was basically flat. I like Cassia's persepective on things in general. I think that the whole world Ally Condie created was unrealistic, including the characters. I liked the idea for the book though because it was different and original, although quite simialr to Delirium by Lauren Oliver. Even though this book partially disapointed me, I think I'm going to read Crossed too.
i really enjoyed this story and the continuing books really added to the experience. i like that we were taken into dystopian civilizations while not really glomming onto the ideas that we have from Hunger Games or others in the genre. it's a nice twist and we really get involved and engaged into the characters stories which is what i find to be one of the biggest challenges in YALit. you don't always get the depth into who the character is or what their relationship is like with everyone and this story (and following 2 books) really did a good job
I think that the concept of the book is amazing! The writing style was ipecable too. With that said I do think that the book was executed poorly.
I loved Matched, but disliked Crossed.
Crossed was so bad, I wasn't going to bother with Reached.
But I did.
Reached was much better than I expected.
I'm just glad the trilogy is over now and also happy I read the final book, as it answered some questions I had.
As a whole - I don't think this trilogy is worth much time.

I really like the idea of the series. Sometimes it lagged but it didn't take away from the story. Kind of a love hate thing....if that makes sense?
