Team Aaron. I like Adam and i wont be devastated if she ends up with him however there are no words to describe Aaron

I think it would be more interesting if the author didn't take the easy way out with Adam's gift. Aaron and Adam are interesting with her for separate reasons and I can't compare. It's like Peeta, Gale, and Katniss. Either one of them would have been good for her, but in the end she chose Peeta for reason's beyond what the reader's could really foresee. Honestly love triangles make me nauseous. Real people do not fall in love that quickly that often.
ALSO, WOMEN DO NOT NEED A MAN IN ORDER TO EXIST AND STILL BE INTERESTING!?! (I haven't been single for ten years. I love him but when a single girl starts harping about being lonely and alone I just want to slap her. Enjoy your alone time, because someday your going to look back wishing that you had all them covers to yourself and a bear wasn't snoring in your ear at night.)
Does she really need to choose? Can't she just not pick either guy and choose to develop and evolve as a person. Sorry, after all she's been through, I think I'd have my white flag flying, screaming, "Give me some time to myself. I need to think. I don't even know who I AM half the time. How am I supposed to really love either one of you?"
BTW, I just have to get this out there... How is this not a rip off of X-MEN? Don't kill me but the similarities are... kind of unnerving.

Lauren Oliver also wrote about a boy that chose a girl over his own family. It doesn't give them bragging rights or rights to the female they decided to turn away from their family for. Also, I think if your going to turn your back on your family, crazy or not, do it because YOU want to for reasons beyond the woman you want.
Also, I think that you can fall in love with two people in two very separate ways. I believe Juliette loves Adam, just differently. I hated Twilight novels but that is one thing that Stephanie Meyer did get right. You don't love people more, just differently. :)
Oh and I was getting kind of suspicious of Adam since the first book even. And now it's the Second book and I just don't know. But I feel like Warner loves her more and they are a really good match. I think she's more attracted to Warner she just doesn't want to admit it. I'd like to see her with Warner :) team Warner!

At first, in Shatter Me, I was all "Team Adam!!!" and then I read Destroy Me, and my entire viewpoint changed.In Unravel Me I completely converted, and love Aaron/Warner to death.
He's such a deeper character than Adam, and Juliette and him really seem to connect and bond better. His emotions are so intense, just who he is makes him probably my favorite character

I also feel like we haven't really gotten to the bone marrow of Adam either.... Hmmm.... I'm pretty sure she will end up with Warner simply because of the HUGE fan base for him now. Also, I feel like Mafi wanted Aaron and Juliette from the beginning. Now that I've reread Shatter Me I see the hints and pointers from the start, her attraction was apparent from the beginning.
Still team Adam but willing to admit utter defeat. Cheer on Team Aaron, cheer on.
Yes Jessica! You give me hope! I'm completely team Aaron, but I thought that Juliette would end up with Adam, because most of the time female protagonists end up the guy they first thought was hot, which makes it predictable. now I have hopes that Mafi won't write like that and she'll break this trend going around with love interests of the protagonists. I am sort of obsessed with Warner right now so I wanted to see if I was in the majority. Turns out I am. So far 43 who have posted what team they are on are Team Warner while only 9 were on team Adam. Including those who chose both and not including those who said they have no preference. I'm such a nerd.... but... TEAM 62!
I think Adam and Warner have equal opportunities to win Juliette's heart but.......I think it will she will end up with Adam ...idk which team I'm on hmm

Sorry but I don't understand how people want Warner I mean come on think of all the crap he has done to her. In shatter me he said basically that she had to be with him that they would be a powerful couple blah blah blah ... he made her touch 2 people if I remember right! Sometimes I think that Juliette fell for Adam because he was the first boy to actually notice her, touch her and befriend with after her. . . uh, story. Seriously I hate her parents. Who does that to their kid? I mean, she should've killed them. I kinda think that Adam's a little dull or something. They fell in love too fast.
But if you study the titles of the books (Shatter Me, Unravel Me, Destroy Me), it kind of talks about either Juliette and Warner. . .

To April: I know, right! Have you tried reading Destroy Me? If you haven't, you should! I could give you a link to it o something. So Team 62 fans asked Tahereh if there's going to be another chapter 62, and she said that there will be something more than that. I can't wait! Literally can't wait.

the scene with Juliette and Warner was not pornographic at all. when you say chapter 62 is erotic, i don't think so, because it's not. fifty shades of gray is way, way worse. i am lds and i don't go near those erotic books.

Not that I minded. Chapter 62 was HOT!

Dudeee! I read it right after I finished Unravel Me. It made me love Warner even more because it just showed how complex he was! I mean... he FEELS everything. Well, except for Adam. Yeah, and I'm totally stalking Tahereh right now xD

lol I feel the same way, I only have a problem calling him Aaron because that's my brothers name. Makes me feel weird.
To April (I'm doing this because the ipad app of goodreads has incomplete features) I think all Shatter Me fans who have taken an -coughs- addiction to Warner have been stalking T.M. I mean, I stalk her Pinterest, Tumblr and Twitter! Some of it actually led me to Hunter Parrish from Weeds. If you try looking at some of his serious pictures he really would look like Warner! Your brother's name is Aaron? Haha, nice :) Just don't say "I want to make babies with Aaron" and you won't get in trouble... Or be weirded out.... Somehow... I have to give credits to Ginny for adding more info about the book, which increased my love for Shatter Me (and Warner)
There was a twitter user who told Tahereh "WE WORSHIP WARNER'S CROTCH" and it made me laugh xD She even retweeted it.
So I've been thinking of what the whole Shatter Me fandom is called, because as far as I know we're just called "Shatter Me fans" or something. We need to have something nice and cool, like the Inmates in Divergent. So anyone have ideas?
I'd really love to express more of my feels, but it might scare everyone. So here's the thing: I lost my breath when I was fangirling Warner once (haha it also happened with Prince Maxon). And my friend says I have some kind of Warne Syndrome or Disease, because I'm literally sharing it to my classmates. I'm gibing them ideas of actors who would suit him and they swooned.

I think Tahereh got the Team 62 and 26 from the fans. I saw it on her tumblr. Yeah, I was talking with my classmate and told her "DUDE I NEED MORE WARNER" I'm actuall afraid of her reaction when we see each other next school year (since it's already vacation mode here)

At the end of the first book i was all for Adam and i thought everyone that kept saying team Warner was crazy :P but by the end of Destroy me and Unravel Me I was all for Warner ;) but i feel bad because when she wrote Destroy Me she totally gave Warner a bigger advantage cause now i sympathize for him and now i dont like Adam as much even though i totally loved him in Shatter Me so the bottom line is i am.....TEAM KENJI!!! lool i mean really i love him :P but if i had to chose btween Warner and Adam im TEAM WARNER ;)

Team WarnerHe completely proved himself in Unravel Me and to be quite honest I will literally throw the third book across my room and burn it to pieces if Juliette decides to pick Adam. Don't get me wrong Adam is fine, but he's just not....not...Warner. If they explains anything haha. I hope Tahereh Mafi doesn't make me wait forever, I'm starting to grow white hair as I anticipate the next book. Team Warner till the end.

EXACTLY!! This is exactly how I felt as well!
With Warner! I felt like Adam was really clingy and kinda selfish in Unravel Me...I mean seriously, she didn't break up with you because she doesn't love you anymore, she did it to save your life! The whole thing was killing her too and he kept making it about him..Warner on the other hand seemed to always treat her like she was his most precious treaure..cherished, delicate, beautiful and thats really all she ever wanted. Team Warner all the way!

He seemed all clingy and was only really considerate of how he felt. She knew that if they were together she would want to touch him and they would wind up taking a risk that they shouldn't. Warner didn't reaally TOUCH her until chapter 62.
If you go back to the book and read every confrontation between Juliette and Adam, you will see that all Juliette misses about Adam was, literally, his body. Because there wasn't a real emotional connection between them.

Gaaahhh! I know!!!! I was reading out loud when he started reciting her notebook. In every way- Aaron knows her better than Adam. He knows her records, how she feels about everything, and can READ HER EMOTIONNS!! *double swoon then faints*

I still can't get over the fact that the original title of Shatter Me was "Touching Juliette". Warner must've been happy with the title. Hohoho.
And one more thing with Adam and J was that they fell in love all too quickly. Or maybe not, since they knew each other since childhood. But still... that's, like, wtf. I mean, I get the feeling J fell for him because he was the only handsome boy she's seen in years, and probably the only one who can touch her (until Unravel Me came and explained the whole situation and until Warner came into his life and CHAPTER 62)

My bet is Warner. And considering Destroy Me, I have to believe Aaron would win Juliette eventually. I mean, why give Warner a whole book's worth of pov if he's not going to end up with Juliette?
@Cordise: Good point, love. But Tahereh said that she only made it to let everyone find out the events in between the two weeks that Unravel Me didn't show. But, seriously, you have a point. I mean, Warner's had a lot more of an appearance in Unravel Me than Adam, probably even in Shatter Me.

How?"Mmmm, not really. I think it's because when he took the notebook he was still the villian to me. But what I find swoon worthy is how much it changed him when he started reading it. He saw a glimpse of the real her (not the Juliette he had made up in his mind) and it hit him. Like through the middle of the novella he tries coffee and says 'thanks' to Dalalieu (however you spell his name)when he admits that he's never said thank you to a person in his entire life. The same way he's never begged his father for anything.
@Cordise....I agree with you however there is a "2.5" coming out (still untitled) and I'm hoping it is NOT Adam's POV but it very well may be since Warner got his and Unravel Me ended with Juliette being in Warner's company, instead of Adam's.

I'd prefer someone else's pov, but not his. Yeah, a little mean but I just don't like him. I don't like it how much he's so into Juliette. It's like he's obsessed with her. or maybe not. But that's what I think.
Remember how Adam is so keen into making their relationship work? Well, I think if there's someone who can make their relationship work without him ending up dead or hurt or something, it would be Juliette since she's the one who's a danger to Adam and not the other way around. All Adam is doing is protect himself against her ability. So it's probably up to Juliette to work things out between them.
