Hi Everyone. It felt strange not seeing you all tonight since our meeting is next Monday. I've read this and next month's books and thought I would read The Big Stone Gap Series by Adriana Trigiani, bestselling author of The Shoemaker's Wife. I am so impressed with her writing and last book that I've decided to read other books by her and see if anyone in book club would like to read them too (outside book club). It would be fun to discuss them online from time to time with no time line or completion date of the series. These books will not be included as a Vino Book Club pick when we meet face to face monthly to discuss book of the month. I look forward to hearing from you guys. Diana
p.s. The four books in the series are: Big
Stone Gap, Big Cherry Holler, Milk Glass Moon, Home to Big Stone Gap.

I've read them all and not a bad one in the group. After this group, go to Italy with VERY VALENTINE. You won't regret it. I wish I had the money to go to Italy. Sounds fantastic. Enjoy Andriana !

I have heard she was fabulous.

I've read all of Adriana Trigiani's books and enjoyed them. The Big Stone Gap books are a great series, as well as the Valentine Series. I can't wait to read the third book in the Valentine series coming out this summer! The stand alone books are great too The Shoemaker's Wife, Lucia, Lucia, and the Queen of Big Time. The only one that I wasn't crazy about was Rococco. She even has a young adult series, Viola, which I enjoyed. It consists of two books and would be good for preteens and up.

I have read the first book so far and loved it

Just completed the last one 1 in the series. I loved the characters. Very heartwarming. In fact I read every one of Adriana's books and loved them all. Looking forward forward to November when her newest book becomes available,

I've just begun Milk Glass Moon. I listd to the first 2 an audio. She narrates them and I really enjoyed them. The Shoemaker's Daughter is wonderful too.
