"They were a really good price and I just had to get them,lol."Karen, that's how I seemed to get hooked on some really great series, like Harry Potter as a matter of fact. The store just happened to have a great deal at the time, you know, like buy two in this series get the third free, that sort of thing, and who could pass that up, right? :-)
But regarding the ones you just got, Sisters of the Moon is one of my favorite PNR series. Good characters, fun plots, I think you'll enjoy them. Oh, just so you know, you have all of them, except for
Demon Mistress which recently came out and I'm sure you'd just hate to have an incomplete collection. ;-) Better go back to the book store. lol
Well I did it again, went to costco last night, HAD to walk down the book isle, luckily managed to stop myself at only 1, got

Everyone else's Costco has great books. Someone bought two other books I was wanting at her Costco but couldn't find them at mine. Probably a good thing though :)
Susan - btw, if they have the other two at Costco for that series, might as well pick them up. I was stupid and bought them all at B&N and then saw them at Costco the next day. But that's a great series!
Yeah they had one & two but not 3... so for now I just bought one! I'm looking forward to the series, altho i'm feeling like I shouldn't read it and return it based on some info I got from another group that this author has been charged with Plagerism..... so now I'm torn.....
hmmm...I hadn't heard that. Personally, I loved the series and I'm really not sure who it is that she supposedly copied.

Hello friends. Just wanted to share some news. First, I know this will shock you, but I actually walked into a Borders today, with a coupon, checking out all the shelves, including clearance, and walked out with... nothing! no!!! I had a relapse!!! Not that I was ever really rehabilitated of my addiction but still!!! I went to BAM today and I had a coupon..A COUPON!!! How do you resist it when you have a coupon AND they have all their sales going on!?!!? I was too weak...BUT i restrained from too much and only bought 3 books...DO YOU KNOW HOW HARD THAT WAS!>!?!?! D:
lol on a less hysterical note, the books I bought were: Poison Study and MAgic Study by Maria V. Snyder and Unwind by Neil Shusterman.

I relapsed..again...but only two this time!!! And with a coupon and my discount card it was only $22 for 2 hardbacks.

I just bought all for of the georgina kincaid books on amazon...pay day is bad for me..because i can't stop spending lol

So... is it a bad thing when you buy 4 books at WalMart, and the cashier remembers you because you bought a lot of books a few weeks ago? She asked me if I finished the others already, LOL.

Worse part is that I fibbed to the cashier--a lie by omission! She asked if I'd read the books I bought before, but I haven't. And here I am, buying more! So naturally I hedged, telling her I read really fast. Which I do. Just not what I bought before. But it was soooo totally not an answer to what she asked. Must be reading too much Meredith Gentry, where the fae don't lie, but do use evasive language. Gah! I'm becoming a PNR character!
LOL, that's really funny Sarah, you didn't actually lie so your innocent, we have to protect our addictions from the public only us here at Addicts Anonymous can really understand,lol.

lol! That's great! I go to so many different book stores around the city that for the most part they don't know my name, just know me by sight! I'm not doing too great this month so far! I really shouldn't be buying books because my main mp3 player died and I need to buy a new one. Considering the number of hours a week that I listen to it, that's a pretty important thing! But, instead of saving my money for one, I've already bought 2 regular books and 3 audio books this month!!!

I went to a clearence sale and got 7 books! And its only the 7th! And the more I read about all the awesome books outthere the more I want! Books are eeevvvvil!!! hehehehehehehe

I actually went into BN & didn't buy a thing for myself Wednesday night! My husband bought something, but I didn't. However, BAMM has made 3 shipments to me this week...........
So thanks to LooLoo I discovered a new resource for cheap books! :P SO I just ended up buying 6 new books! 3 & 4 in Night Huntress Series, 1 & 2 in Storm Series by Christina Dodd and 2 & 3 in Kate Daniels series!:)

Hi my name is Steph and I am definitely a book buying addict. lol. I have three shelves full of books! My fiance gives me that "you bought another book" look whenever I come home with a new book. Ahhh! I can't help myself. I love to read! I'm actually planing to buy a kindle and maybe donating some books to a library. Notice how I said some books couldn't possibly part with them all. lol. Or maybe I can just buy another self. Yeah that's it!
Hi..my name is Shannon, and yes...I am a book buying addict!Anytime I'm feeling down or stressed out, I go into a Barnes and Noble and/or Borders to check out their selections of books. I go in "just to look around," but find myself leaving with at least one book if not two to add to the TBR pile on my bookshelves. Although I don't "need" them they certainly brighten my day, and offer me an escape from whatever feelings of stress or gloominess I'm experiencing! I enjoy the characters, and the entertainment books offer the reader!
I admit it freely, I am a BBA, but "there's no shame in the game" and at least I'm not alone out there! LOL!

Hi i'm Betelgeuze and i'm a book buying addict. My 3x2.5m Bookcase is full, and i now have books stacked upon a table and had to relocate my clothes to a basket, because my clothing closet is filled with books. Unfortunately i have to buy the books because dutch libraries do not have the books i want to read.Poor Jess, i thought i had it bad. I can't buy books in september, because i just payed my tuition fees for university. You have my sympathy.
Oh Jess & Betelgeuze that is so sad!!!:(:( I shouldn't be buying so many but saving all the money I can just in case, but where is the fun in that ;)

I am a total book junkie! I'd rather buy books than clothes, food, or anything for that matter! I currently have well over a hundred books in my bookshelf that I have not yet read. I still continue to buy more. I cannot help myself! LOL Enticing covers scream my name. My wish list grows.....

I went shopping and to the movie's today ( to see Harry Potter) and as usual I couldn't walk past the book shop, I ended up walking out with the first 5 books in the Sisters of the Moon series, Witchling, Changeling, Darkling, Dragon Wytch & Night Huntress by Yasmine Galenorn, they sound really good, has anyone here read them yet? And if so what did you think of them?
