Is there anyway to put two languages in the edition language section when you are editing a book? There are a lot of picture books out there that have an equal English to foreign language ratio.

Not two specific languages. However, you can select "Multiple Languages" from the drop-down list. Then the appropriate languages can be mentioned in the description.
