I just read this. It is very cute. Well written. very short. Author obviously knows her military stuff. Small spoiler:

(view spoiler)[ Story ends on a Happy For Now note rather than an HEA. No 'I love you's' are exchanged and nothing permanent happens because the story takes place in like a 3-day period. But you get the sense the h/h are settling into a new good relationship. (hide spoiler)]

Since it is very short I wonder if the author might not write a follow up? She did with an earlier novella in the series.

Hi Michelle, thanks for lending me the book. It was a very sweet read. I just wish there was more to the story. I loved the characters, and it seemed like they had great chemistry.

I'm not really a fan of short stories, so if they're all this short, probably not. I dislike getting into a story, and then it ends abruptly.

I have this series they are short reads but good. The stories are complete without rushed closure.
